How to Order

You can order by Fax, Phone, or Online through our Secure Shopping Cart System.

Since all online transactions are done through a secure server, you can be sure that your information is safe.

For Fax orders please us our Fax Order Form, simply print out & fill in all details and Fax to (07) 3800 6372.   

 Eftpos Facilities are also available.

When you find something you wish to purchase Online, click the "Add To Basket"  button for that product. 

We accept  MasterCard, Visa & Direct Debit via Paypal.

Please note No Goods will be sent until all funds have cleared. 

All of our products are usually sent Boxed to prevent any damages. 

All items are sent via Registered Post through Australia Post.

Please note some unbreakable items can be sent in Express Post Bags.

Order Confirmations and Notification details of orders along with Registered Post Numbers will be sent

via the email provided upon payment, please ensure to check this email for these details after ordering.

Unique Bridal Supplies will not be responsible if your Email Inbox is full and details do not reach the buyer.

In the event your order does not arrive within the stated time above for your State, please contact

Australia Post 131318 with your provided Registered Post Number to track the where about of your order. 

If you are not available to sign for your parcel upon delivery Australia Post will delivery your parcel

to the nearest Post Office for you to pick up.

Please note Unique Bridal Supplies will not be responsible for tracking down parcels once they have been sent.
